What you’ll need:
Bow Tie Pasta, Broccoli, and Grape
1 cup chopped pecans
1 12 oz. pkg. bow-tie pasta
1 lb fresh broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
Optional, crumpled bacon slices
Prepare pasta per package instructions.
Meanwhile, cut broccoli florets from stems, and chop into small pieces.
Whisk together mayonnaise, onion, sugar, vinegar, and salt
Add cooked pasta, pecans, and grapes. Stir until blended.
Cover and chill three hours.
Serve as a side salad, or eat as a complete meal.
