Battle of the Bulge

“I loathe my very life; therefore I will give free rein to my complaint and speak out in the bitterness of my soul” (Job 10:1)

Dont hate yourself because everyone around you is thinner. To achieve a workable weight loss program, take one small step at a time, one less bite of comfort food, one less cola to swallow and you’re on your way. Throw that candy bar in the trash. Walk away from the donut shop. But don’t hate yourself, Just take that first step. Be aggressive, dynamic, and strong. Time is on your side. You don’t have to battle this problem alone. We’re on the same team battling the same bulge. Stick with your decison, and you’ll win.
