Monday Monday-Who Wins?

The London Olympics have ended. Sets are being torn down and athletes are packing up for a return to normal life. The fun has ended, and new work about to begin. Winners are waving their trophies while losers are hiding their tears. What began as high expectations has ended with either exultation or despair.

But remember…whether winner or loser in the race of life, if God is on your side, you’re always a winner. And that you can take to the bank!

“Stand firm, and you will win life” (Luke 21:19) (NIV)
“I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 3:14) (NIV)
