From Halloween through the New Year, eating has become an obsession. It’s hard to by-pass the goods when everyone else doesn’t.

We were made to enjoy life. Some have better metabolism than others. Some can eat and eat and never gain an ounce. Others just look at food and the pounds pile on. So, maybe its best to accept ourselves for who we are, eat food in moderation, but enjoy God‘s blessings. I didn’t say pig-out–just enjoy.

If your Christmas dinner sounds sumptuous, don’t be surprised if you hear a knock at the door.
