Mother’s Day 2014

Mother’s Day is again celebrated today. But for every mother who genuinely loves her family, respect and love need to be shown.

A mother’s wisdom cannot be replaced, and is priceless.

The sacrifices she’s makes for her children may never be revealed, but come from a heart of generosity and love.

God’s love shown through the life of a mother is the mark of true love. And for this we celebrate.

Mother’s Hands

Her sacrifice
Without a label
Her destination
Not a fable

Her hands now thin
Once strong and stable
Cannot assist
For she’s not able

Yet clasped and tight
At dinner’s table
She lifts them up
To God who’s able
